Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please report any damaged or missing items to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your order status indicates your package was delivered, but you have not yet received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please report your lost shipment within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do what we can to locate and/or reroute orders but are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
