How does your service differ from Minted, Paper Culture, Shutterfly, etc?
The plug-n-play options they offer are great, but your ability to customize their designs is limited and you still have to do all the work. My service offers *full* customization: colors, text, photo size, orientation, overall layout and more. The options are literally endless. I can also edit your photos in Photoshop (I've removed everything from snow on people's faces to entire pick up trucks). You can trust I'll have you looking *good*.

What do I need to do?
Just choose a design template and complete your purchase. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an email with access to your private customer portal where you'll input your desired text and upload photos. I'll work my magic and send you a few design options. Your purchase includes *unlimited* revisions so I'll keep editing until you're 100% happy.

Help! I don't know which design to choose.
Purchase the one you like the most. Don't worry about colors, text or font. I'll change these to best match your photo(s). That's the advantage of having a *real* person design your card!

What if I don't know which photo(s) will work best?
Upload all the ones you're considering. I'll send you multiple options based on what best fits the overall composition.

I don't have my photos ready yet.
No problem- you don't need them to complete your purchase. There's no deadline for uploading them to your online portal, but you won't enter my work queue until you do. And with expected holiday delivery delays, it's always better to give yourself plenty of time.

What about the back of the card?
It's also 100% customizable! More photos, holiday patterns, printed messages, new address (if you've recently moved), and/or space for handwritten notes. Remember, this card is uniquely yours.

I like a specific design but want a different greeting / color / pattern / etc.
Easy! You'll have an opportunity to specify all of this in your client portal.

Promotional exclusion
Custom holiday photo cards are excluded from all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
