WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Used and/or opened items may not be returned. Please email hello@andthemoonwillrise.com to begin your return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Note: and the moon will rise is not responsible for replacing or refunding returned orders shipped to the incorrect address. 

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to ten business days. After this time, if you do not receive your refund, please contact hello@andthemoonwillrise.com.

If the returned item was a gift, you will receive a digital gift card for the respective amount, excluding non-refundable shipping costs.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
